As part of this course, participants are required to attend six (6) online validation meetings scheduled on Fridays. These meetings include:
- Three (3) pre-validation meetings to review assessment tools.
- Three (3) post-validation meetings to review assessment tools and assessor judgements.
Each meeting will be conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams and will run for approximately 1–2 hours.
To participate in these meetings and complete the practical assessment requirements, participants will need access to either:
- a free Zoom account, or
- a paid Microsoft 365 account (to access Microsoft Teams).
Participants are also required to complete practical assessment activities by conducting assessment role-plays. To do this, you will need to organise at least five (5) different individuals to act as learners throughout the course. These practical assessments must be video recorded and submitted as evidence.
The same five individuals may be used across multiple assessment activities and modules, so you do not need to find new participants for each assessment.
