Holistic Educator is an 8 week non-accredited program designed for people who want to teach, coach and support others with confidence and care. Focussed on the HOW of teaching, you’ll explore teaching as a craft, build practical teaching skills and learn how to deliver training with clarity and confidence. You’ll develop both the capability and the capacity to be an exceptional educator.

Holistic Educator is designed to open doors, not limit your direction. Participants leave with greater confidence, clarity and capability — ready to apply their skills across education, facilitation and people-focused roles.
For some, it’s a natural next step into the Full TAE qualification. Complete the remaining 12 units at your own pace, online, with up to 12 months to complete.
For others, the program strengthens their ability to facilitate learning in the workplace or bring a more reflective, learner-centred approach into their current role.

Who delivers Training and Education Plus?
SportsReady Education (RTO Code: 22394) is the Registered Training Organisation that delivers TAE Plus.
TAE Plus is delivered by experienced practitioners:

Cristina Rojas leads the Holistic Educator component, with a focus on educator identity, wellbeing and sustainable practice.

Chris Blanch delivers the accredited TAE units and brings over 22 years of experience in the VET sector.
This is the first TAE program developed under the 2025 RTO Standards.

How much does the course cost and can I pay in instalments?
The Holistic Educator program is $990 (inc. GST).
This includes:

What are the outcomes of the Holistic Educator program
The Holistic Educator program (non-accredited) can be completed as a standalone course or as a pathway into the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
The Holistic Educator program boosts your confidence, skills and impact – whether you’re stepping into the full TAE qualification, leading learning in the workplace, or bringing a learner-focused approach to your current role. You can also channel your new skills into personal projects or passion initiatives, making a real difference in ways that matter to you.
How do I continue to the Full TAE after completing Holistic Educator?
After completing Holistic Educator, you can easily progress to the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment via our Pay Per Module format.
There are no intakes, plus it is fully online and self-paced, structured learning. This gives you the flexibility to start anytime and progress at your own pace – no waiting periods.

What level of support is provided during my studies?
The Holistic Educator program is designed to help you grow into teaching with confidence, clarity and connection. Included in Holistic Educator is 3 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions with your educator Cristina Rojas.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
The initial $165 enrolment payment is non-refundable, as it secures your place in the program.
If you choose to withdraw after enrolling, you must provide a minimum of 7 days’ written notice to cancel any upcoming fortnightly payments.
Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.
